We work with single-family home owners, real estate professionals, interior designers, architects and engineers. I reside in the UK and have several properties overseas for my large family. In my New York City home, I consulted with House Systems and selected them because they were easy to work with and technologically responsive to my needs. The lighting and shades were a complicated task. All sorts of weird angles with negative relief and large windows wrapping the full floor.

This is worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. After spending over a $100,000+ on an audio/visual system, they couldnt get it work. They were in my house 60+ times (everytime and great inconvience to myself) trying to make the system work and they couldnt. Finally I fired them.but get this. You CANT fire them because they "own the code", which they dont tell you when you hire them.
I was forced to deal either deal with these morons or hire someone else at the cost of $30k to rewrite the code. Despite how much $ I had already spent I just couldnt deal with House Systems so I hired another company. The new company I reviewed House Systems work and said it was a disaster and that they shouldnt be in business. If you read this review I strongly urged you to RUN away from House Systems. Frankly, someone should investigate them for fraud
