I wish I could leave no rating. We had Watchdog for a few years; the alarm system started acting up. It turns out we were paying for a service that didn't exist. The monitoring service never worked, and when we called to understand what was happening. No response. I do not think it is a company anymore. Yet they send us a bill monthly. I haven't had them or the equipment in over a year. None of the numbers connect you to anyone, and emails go into a black hole.
