Ohio Support Services was formed in 1978 to meet the need for a higher quality security service by some large companies in Central Ohio area. In order to keep bid rates low, security guard contractors were minimizing costs by not screening applicants, providing little or no training, paying minimum or near minimum wages, providing little site supervision and the supervision provided was not high quality.

If you work the other security companies then you'll know the Ohio support services is a lot better than the competition. There's no such thing as a the greatest security company. But I'm satisfied how I'm treated.

If this is the company once known as ohio security service, you dont want to work there. You may get a raise every five years if your lucky and yes I am speaking from experience.

Very professional security company. I have worked as a Utility Officer for them and have had a chance to meet and acquaint myself with various staff members at different locations. No complaints thus far.
