When I first decided with this company the landlord of the building I was renting for my business recommended them and stated they already had it set up we just had to call and sign to start service. So I happily did. The technician came very friendly polite, very friendly with. The most important question I asked was so how does payment work do I pay you?
He tells me no you just call and pay every month but you can just pay it every month. Now mind you I do not what's so ever blame him for this. I blame management for not properly doing there job and correcting this. I decided to move location of my business to a bigger Location. At the end of December 2018. I called and to cancel my service and will reconnect service once I was ready and wanted the alarm cut of that exact day.
And I quote "yes it will be cut of today". I asked at least 1-3 times to be sure. To my knowledge I paid my bill and the alarm service was cut that day. Now today 1/1/19 I see my account and I'm in the negative and wondering why am I still being charge? I immediately call with concern. I didn't get her name. A lady picks up and I address my concerning problem.
She just says yes it was just charged today. My response was ma'am how if I paid this a month ago and why am I still being charged. Her response was our system was down that day and would t be charged in a few days. My response was no one told me that I was told it was being charged that day and servivice was being cut that exact day. I don't remember for sure the whole I was going to be charged in a few days part but a few day, is a few days, that's fine and I'm fine with that but a WHOLE MONTH!
That is not the same and to top it off the service was not cut off. Not only was I not notified nothing of anything but I was charged put my account in the negative and I was providing free service to the people now renting out that building and I was trying to cut all ties from that property with that service still connected I was forced with still affiliation woth that property because a "manger so she says failed to do per job properly" it doesn't stop there woth the discussion.
Then she said well it's done and nothing else she can do. I bring up then why was I lied to and told other wise? Her response and I quote I spoke to you and told you the system was down and it wasn't going to be charged in a few days. My response so you lied to be wrongfully charged me without my authorization. Already upset with this fusteratng situation.
I no longer wanted to speak with her and asked to speak woth a manager with attitude she states she is the manger. So I ask for someone else who is in charge. She states it's only her. So she aruges with me more. All this is arguing is I was not treated with any respect. I was talked down down to with the most unprofessional customer service I ever experienced in my life and in any business.
When I asked how are you okay talking tome in this manner and rudeness and still have this job amazes me all she had to say is how you still had service while paying your bill late every month amazes me. My mouth dropped. When I first stated in this reciew I asked the technician how to pay. So to my knowledge I thought it was okay. Year that I've had service woth them she NEVER stated that just took my payment and went on her day.
I'm under the impression I was paying on time and had no problems. I stated to her so you as a manager need to do you job and correct this woth your employers so this does not happe. To other people and as a manger not lie, misinform, and misdirect customers to provide better service. This is unexceptible and extremely disrespectful and very unprofessional.
I never left a call feeling disrespected, used and mistreated. I asked how as a manger are you okay speaking to anyone this way and you as a manager need to select better words and know how to talk to people with a calm respectful professional manner. Threw this whole battle i she just argued with me, pointed the finger at me for her mistakes saying that's my mistakes, cut me off and talked over me
