This company is unfair unprofessional supervisor make sure you keep notes of your hours because anyone can clock you out with out you knowing.only met Jeff once seemed nice but never returned phone calls it took for ever for me to get possession of a card I paid for and that's because I called the main office. I was Even given great reviews by the owners at the dispensary I worked at and because of a situation that had nothing to do with me a supervisor who never bothered to question me never worked with me who has lied multiple times to me was able to let me go via text but now no supervisor are ever available when asked for my termination papers

Jeff is a really good boss. He care for his employees. He look out for everyone. He try his best to give you your days off. If you call last minute he does his job to try to get your shift cover. Con the supervisor Steven is arrogant and don't really no anything about being a supervisor. He won't come to you and tell you the problem he have with you.
I know being a supervisor that people won't like you. But every employee that I come into contact with say the same thing about him. Before I left I trained a new guy. He thought I was not going to trained him right. Steven trained with him. He told a person I didn't train the guy right. Even before I left I told him the new person was going to need more training.
He didn't care he fault like I didn't do my job right. He could've been a men and call me before throwing under the bus to the next person. Not to mention that he was training people wrong. I never got credit for training people the right way from him. I think it's better for him to trained people then other supervisor.

I have worked for Alert Security for 3 1/2 years and I couldn't say I would work anywhere else in the Las Vegas Valley as far as Security goes. In my time with the Company, I have seen it grown to new heights, and I have learned ALOT more than I would probably being with any other Security Company. The Manager works closely with Clients fulfilling needs as they come up.
We even went from a Paper E-Mailing system to an App that notifies, and does a better job of notifying Clients of what is going on with their properties on a day to day basis. The Las Vegas Manager is very communicative with his Guards and wants everyone in the Company to succeed and to see them grow. The Company strives to keep their quality Guard's by increasing pay, working with an individual's schedule, and giving paid time off.
I couldn't be happier with where I work and the Employee's I serve along side with. I can't think of any Con's with this Company whatsoever, because any issues addressed by Employee's, Management does their best job possible to mitigate the circumstances and to keep their Employee's happy. Reviews that are 4 years old are outdated and DO NOT compare to how much progress the Company has made in that time.
You want good service from a Company, this is probably one of the best in the Valley because the Guard's are happy to come to work and do their jobs for the Client whatever task that may be.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Decided to try putting in an application. For no other reason than who my current employer is I was rudely shown the door. If a company is so unprofessional that they have to take out their grade school grudge with another company on a potential applicant. That just shows they are not worth the ink their license was printed on.
