Posted a guard at a residential address to protect a power company crane truck, had guards change at 5am, woke me up. When I called to try to get their swap time changed, I got sent to voicemail. Nobody called back.

We have had ongoing issues with power for the last few months and vet sec is the company that sits in front of my house and "guards" the cable. We have had a couple pleasant guys out, but whoever was here recently, used the street as their bathroom and there is an overwhelming smell of urine on the street where they parked. Totally disgusting and unacceptable! Based on other reviews, doesn't seem like calling them will do any good, so going through APS to get this health hazard cleaned.

The employees that work here are 100% un professional. They have been outside my house for 2 weeks now cause of Electric box needing to be fixed, and they sit in the car with no shoes on feet hanging out the window, they put lawn chairs in my front yard under my tree hanging out with no shoes on and headphones on. They leave and come back like hours later leaving the Electrical box and power cord unattended.

They park behind my truck in my driveway trying to get under shade tree. I have had to wake them up a couple times so I can go to work. I called the company and they dont care. They show up in shirts and sandles as well

Vet Sec has the contract to provide temporary physical security whenever APS uses a temporary jumper cable between transformers. I live in a neighborhood with 50 year old underground cables that occasionally develops a ground and APS puts down a cable across the front of my property. The Vet Sec security guards use their own vehicles and sit and make sure the cable isn't stolen.

They are polite enough but often leave the area trashed out. The latest time they moved some large decorative rocks on the front corner of my property, parked on top of some bushes and then left without doing any type of clean up or replacing the rock border. When I called to let the company know of the oversight, I was blown off by the management. I guess they don't care what anybody thinks of them.

Had an interview today at 1pm at Vet-Sec, and after driving 32 miles for a Supervisor position, I find out from the receptionist( Who acted shock that I was there), who had to call the manager and then she told me he was about 30 minutes away (which would be about 30 minutes late for the interview). This company seems to be unorganized, because after all if I were thirty minutes late for an interview, I would not get the job. I did not stay and wait for the manager, this was a waste of my time.

Our HOA hired Vet Sec Protection Agency to monitor our neighborhood in Tucson. We recently fired them because of very POOR customer service. One of their reports regarding our neighborhood mentioned "our pool" in which our neighborhood does not have. Our top priority was for Vet Sec to put warning stickers on the numerous Commercial vehicles parked in our neighborhood which violates our CCR's.

We noticed the reports would mainly list a few cars parked in the wrong direction with an occasional commercial vehicle which was not representative of the constant commercial vehicles parked in our neighborhood. We invited the Branch Manager to come to our HOA meeting to emphasize again what we want and please relay that to the staff. There was still no improvement. We finally asked for them to report commercial vehicles ONLY! Still no reports and when we attempted to contact them our emails were ignored.
