We love EEI and wouldn't use anybody else. We recently moved building and EEI so helpful. They installed 8 cameras and a security system. Ramino and Thomas were GREAT and answered all our questions. Roy in the office is always so helpful. They have made this transition to our office very seemless!

I can not say enough great things about this company! They understand that I am at the mercy of the techs that are called out for any given issue. They remind me when things weren't fixed & have been very patient while I try to find a tech that actually does what he is supposed to do. I feel better knowing my property is being monitored by this team.

We called in October and spoke with Rick from EEI to cancel service as of November 1st because we had sold our house. Rick never mentioned that an email was necessary to start and finish the cancellation process. When we noticed that we were charged for November and December, we called and were told at that point that we had to send an email (to a different company - apparently bought by Commonwealth Security Resources) 30 days before the cancellation date.

We sent the email on 12/22 and they told us that was where the cancellation process began. I spent an entire afternoon, on the phone with Commonwealth Security Resources, last week trying to resolve the issue and requested a refund for the months of November and December, but the request was denied. They told us that the only thing they could do for us was not to charge us for the month of January.

I sent an email to file a formal complaint and have not received a response. It is unfortunate, we had services with EEI for the last 8 years and we never had any problems and our payments were never late as we had automatic payments on our account. What we are asking is that we be reimbursed $ 60.80 for 2 months due to the miscommunication with Rick. The Rivera family from Tampa, FL

I switched to a new company, recommended by a neighbor, after some bad experiences with EMI security. The new company was fantastic. Unfortunately the owner had to abruptly retire due to health reasons. Fortunately for me, the owner sold his business to EEI security. They have been as good as the previous owner/company. I have no complaints. They are readily available and the monitoring company they use is A++++.

I was a customer for over 6 years. I would pay a year in advance. Cancelled the services via phone and via email as instructed. They refunded a portion of what I was owed. Would not recommend company.

I prepaid for a year in advance and was assured a service tech would assist with an alert on my system. A month later when I saw my CC statement it was higher than I was quoted, so I wrote and requested a refund plus cancellation of my service, since a service tech NEVER reached out. A year later now I am getting another bill and my alarm still doesn't work properly.

Who's monitoring my account that cannot tell there is an issue? Incompetence is all I can presume. What kind of "service" company doesn't reach out to it's clients for more than a year?

I was a customer for 6 years! I was getting new windows/doors and my service wouldn't work for 2-3 months during the process so I canceled for that time. I paid for them to come and reinstall the sensors in the new windows/doors and re-up my service. After the work was done I signed the paperwork and did not realize that they signed me up for a completely new 3 year contract.

I sold my house 6 months later - and they are holding me to pay for the full 3 year contract - even though I was a customer for 6 years and no longer own the house! I emailed Commonweath Security Resources right away and told them to cancel my service - and they told me I owed for the full 3 years regardless of how long I've been a customer. I've never been more disappointed in a company's lack of compassion for long term customers as I am with EEI.

I will never use EEI or Commonweath Security Resources again. And I will make sure everyone I know hears about my experience so I can prevent them from being treated in the same manner.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have been trying to cancel my account since May 2018. The company refuses to cancel anything until I come into the office. I no longer live in the state. It's an almost 11 hour ride to get back to the office they want me to go into and cancel. I was told that I cannot cancel until I physically show up at the office.

Poor customer service. I even asked if a relative of mine could go in and cancel it if I gave them a letter or emailed the company directly and I was told that I had to come in person or they would not cancel my account

Very bad service and company. The only thing they do well is sending bills. No service oriented at all. Too many companies offering modern technology and these guys have no way to follow up. It doesn't matter if you have 10 years with them it's just that small companies don't know why they don't grow, it's just that, they don't care for customers.

I've used EEI for over 7 years. I wanted a local alarm company when I bought my house, and I chose them over safe touch. They now service 2 houses of mine and soon will monitor our office. They reconfigured my existing panel and sensors at my new house to utilize their network, so I didn't have to buy a whole new systems. (Total of 37 zones).

If you have an alarm, they can reuse most everything and all you pay for is the conversion and monitoring-which is very affordable. They've been very fast to respond to any issues and, I'm happy with it. Give them a shot.

DONT USE THIS COMPANYT THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! Wow this company took 900$ from our company and told us they could handle our system we had at my commercial location after working "The kinks out" for over a week they told me they couldn't do what they wanted me to do and that my inventory was now unsecured out in our open location out back and that no monitoring company could monitor our cameras then 6 months go by and the owner of the company shows up with another bill for monitoring and again refused to fix the issues we had with the system in the first place and since he refused to fix the issues I tried making a deal with him to pay the bill after the issues were resolved and he told me to stick it where the sun don't shine and he was going to cut off my monitoring asap so I had to chase him off my property SEE YOU IN COURT ASSHOLES! so now everything we own is unsecured BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!

Great customer service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Unlike the big alarm companies, you won't get the runaround or crazy high prices.
