I was leaving quite early in the morning the other day and I literally smiled because my place is safe and my family sleeps soundly. Simplex is the very best - from personnel to product ---- period.

Worked here for years off and on. It is a family owned business that prides itself on amazing customer service, and they do it well. That being said from a former employees perspective, and who just went through another interview there I cannot recommend this company to anyone to buy or work here. *Management lied to me during interviews and everyday work, and will gaslight anyone that disagrees. * Micromanagers to the EXTREME. Non-competitive pay scale. Promotes/hires only from the outside or family. No internal promotions possible. If the culture ever changes this place has the potential to be amazing for employees as well as the customers. As of now, RUN dont walk.

I wanted to say thank you to Amy, Greg, Ryan, Tom, and the Simplx Team for a great first impression. When I decided that I needed a system there was no doubt who I was going to choose due to their high reputation, expansive presence in homes and businesses within my community, and operation and monitoring within my community. I'm glad to support a local business and knowing that someone who lives in my community is monitoring the home makes me feel that the Company has a vested interest in my safety and my home's safety.

The system itself is slick and has full functionality to be able to add on things like garage door openers, smart thermostats, light controls, deadbolts, and many more Z Wave friendly devices. In addition, the ability to operate the system via my phone, tablet, or computer was a huge selling point as I can let others access my home in an instant and if they need one time access, delete them as soon as they leave. Awesome company to work with! -Their tech went above and beyond at our new home and fixed something the cable company had wired wrong (saved me from dealing with the cable company again). -Customer service is TOP NOTCH - always very friendly and extremely prompt!

Such a great company to work with! During the initial walk-through, the team explained how and why a security system would work in our home. They explained which options would best benefit us, and were upfront about cost from the beginning with no pressure whatsoever. The company provides superior, authentic and professional customer service. You don't call a 1-800 number in some foreign country or state, you call a local number, speak to a educated person from the start (no, press 67 for dept X, 92 for dept Y, etc.), and they genuinely provide you with purpose based solutions after their thorough research and understanding of your needs.

Have been with Simplex for about 15 yrs now all I can say is Nate and his team have been awesome. They understand customer service like no other. Having a camera system put in on my home and adding to our system. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking into security or smart home automation give Simplex a call you will not be disappointed!

We had an issue where someone was trying to break into our house a few years ago, we called ADT at first and they had a dealer of ADT come out and I did not feel confident with that person. We then called Simplx and have had nothing but excellent service from them. Very polite people to work with and they are a tad cheaper than other companies. I love that they are locally owned as well.

If you need a security system installed at a reasonable price, make sure you contact Simplx first! Amazing customer service, and we even had the owner come out to our property once to fix a sensor. Great company to do business with.

If you're in Northeast Indiana and looking for a security company, Simplx Security is the answer! We've had a recent string of break-ins in our neighborhood and decided we needed additional protection for our home. After some research and asking around, we decided to go with Simplx. We had our security system installed within 3 days of my initial call to them. Nate and Tim were professional, answered my many questions with patience, and made us feel very safe with what we chose for our home.

Another great thing is with Simplx you can start with a base package and if you decide you want more later, you can just add features on. They can make your home a complete Smart Home. Highly recommend these guys and you'll also support a local company.
