Tim Plowman grew up in Detroit Michigan and has called Fresno his home since 1980. Recognizing the need for a quality tele-communications company that prided itself on the personal touch, he founded Tele-Sense in 1997 and incorporated Sensible Systems, Inc in 2001. Tim built a staff of well-trained and dedicated employees and a long list of satisfied clients throughout California.
