Everything went very well.! Marvin the owner came to give us an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and is not a hard sell. Listened to our concerns and made some suggestions. His price was very reasonable, and he comes exactly when he says he will. It was a pleasure dealing with him as he is polite, responsive, punctual and communication was exceptional.
Also, price of monitoring service is very fair. Excellent, my second time using this company. Ran into trouble on a Sunday night, Marvin, owner called me back on a Sunday night to help stop the " beeping"!

My parents have been customers of OES for 7 years and they have always exceeded our expectations. The owner, Marvin, is very hands on and provides excellent customer service and product knowledge.
