Why pay high dollars for false alarms? Let us reply for a fraction of the costs. Wouldn't you rather have your call for aid be local instead of going somewhere else in the world and then relayed back to your local law enforcement or fire authority in the Miami Valley.

Took their online guard card class and it took 2 weeks for them to correctly fill out the 2 simple forms I needed for DPS. Now DPS is telling me that Anderson specifically wants the card sent to them first. I live in Tucson. After questioning them again Sarah tells me MAYBE it will come to them and DPS was lying. Not like I am trying to get a job or anything Important. I will just sit and watch the grass grow and pray. These people take no pride in their jobs and treat you like an annoyance.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Anderson security is garbage. Since Anderson took over security at Fountain of the Sun in Mesa, the line to get into the community backs up into the street. Everyday I work there looks like an In and Out Burger grand opening. They're incredibly slow and obviously don't really know what they're doing.

Critical: Professionalism Do not work here. They are the only company that charges for orientation then they charge 275 for your uniform and say they'll give it back when you leave. I just left and got a whole 20 bucks back after only being employed there 2 days! The pay is bad and they refuse to repair broken equipment needed to patrol. Anderson is a scam.

Communication between dispatch and officers is subpar. They make you overpay for uniforms! I was working part time and had received one set of uniforms, but they still charged me $250 for the full time uniform deposit! I would honestly not recommend working for this company, I've met some cool security officers with this company, but HR and the front office are not reliable or understanding.

I have been employed with Anderson Security for 3 weeks now and so far they have exceeded my expectations. Orientation was paid and only took 3 hours. They introduce you around and walk you around the office, which is nice, it makes you feel welcome as a new employee. The whole new hire process went smoothly. The HR team, director and dispatch help set expectations. Second security company I have worked for and by far better than the last.
