I had my alarm installed by DCSI Inc two weeks ago. I am loving my new system! I must say I feel so safe and grateful to have it hooked up now! Nelson Butera was great! Made the whole process a breeze! Walked me through the whole set up. Feels good to know there's people on watch 24/7! Will never be with out it! Thank you Nelson and DCSI! My family just recently purchased our third home and this is the first time we've ever purchased a home security system. Nelson was extremely knowledgable and professional with his presentation of the ADT security system. The technician "Nathan" (hope I remembered his name correctly) was professional and timely. Sometimes it can get overwhelming when you initially move into a new home and you have a total stranger in your home all day.but not with this technician.
He was awesome. The ADT system is easy to use and gives my family a feeling of safety and security. I would recommend Nelson and his team for the ADT install to anyone. Thanks, Paris

I agree with other review, my experience with Mr Butera and DCSI goes back 2 1/2 years ago, I moved into a rental home and Mr Butera pulled up and bulldozed me into a contract with them. He knew I had a ONE year rental lease and had me sign a THREE year contract for service. He also knew that I had a voip phone line (vonage) and NEVER mentioned that would be a problem.
I admit I should have read EVERY SINGLE word before I signed the contract, but when you have someone hovering over you its not exactly easy. A good salesman would have made it clear how LONG the contract was for and would never have sold me a 3 yr contract on a 1 year lease. When I called to complain he basically laughed at me and said I should have looked at the fine print.
