1. ACCOUNTABILITY: We are the only local security provider to use a software-driven Electronic Verification System (EVS) which provides you with absolute proof of the work being done. NFC Tags (Near Field Communications) are positioned at your checkpoint locations (doors, gates, buildings, etc.) allowing us to track the times that we were at each specific location.
Our nightly business patrol routes will have your commercial property covered in Bend and Redmond, between 6:00PM and 6:00AM, for 40 hours of combined coverage per night, seven nights per week, 365 days per year. No other security company offers this amount of comprehensive, non-stop patrol check protection with a fleet of the most visible vehicles!
The Pain: Your business office has a monitored security alarm system to detect a burglary. If the alarm is tripped, you are called (usually late at night while sleeping) and then you're forced to make a decision if the police should be dispatched, or if you want to respond yourself. They will follow you around with brights on! They will also harass you I've seen it happen to others and myself! For $13.50-$15 an hour I'd hate my job too. Company is a joke and do not get me started on their Ford Expedition company car doesn't look professional looks like a stick on magnetic sign no professionalism. Literally they just hire cops who failed the police academy.

This fella said his name is why?. maybe short for whyate?. either way. we are community members of this city.and like to shop at wholefoods! We drive a van! And this old man thinks he can harass us for parking and shopping at the grocery store "been there maybe 15 mins ". I will be contacting my attorney and talking with your company very soon. I have photos and videos of the entire interaction. Mr Why Sir your days are short lived as a security officer. You sir are a troublemaker. and trouble you have made!;

I've been having a serious problem with security pros, even involving police regarding a security pros staffer. He says we are loitering and refuses to listen to reason. Gets out of his car in an unfriendly manner and speaks down to us without proper person to person reasoning. We work as a driver service for intoxicated people in the Bend area and provide a great service for the city of Bend.
We park in a public parking structure where security pros must have a contract for patrol. We do not "loiter" as we are constantly being accused of. We are working class and are using the public facility in a professional. reasonable manner and are being upset and harassed by Security Pros. The Security Pro staffer never told us his name so I could report him.
I have phoned the police and told them of this harassment only to be told to phone security pros. This is still an ongoing issue. We will not tolerate being ordered around in a public place. I fear more confrontation from security pros. This is not something one should feel about a security company. If you want to hire harassing thugs for security. Security Pros is you company.
