I have been with this company since 2008, always respond to my calls if I have a question. Michelle is great to work with so is Randy. Great company great people wish I could say more I have spoken with monitoring station people their great too and if they don't know the answer they'll find someone who knows, all around good people

Gateway is a Very professional alarm company. Josh & Randy are excellent installers & very Knowledgeable. Both go over & above the call of duty to assist their customers. They will take the time to explain how a new system will work. When i have had my alarm sound the response time of a call is prompt! If no answer immediately dispatch police. I've used Gateway for my home alarm monitoring for 13 years. I recently had them add security cameras to my home. The whole process was very easy, the installers were very professional and efficient, and the price was fair. I'm happy to continue to give my business and entrust my safety to Gateway. Shout out to Randy, who always comes to the rescue and fixes my problems and to Josh for his customer service and professionalism during the camera install.

Josh/Randy were prompt, tenacious, experienced, very knowledgeable and polite. They worked through a long list of complexities during my service visit. I will definitely call Gateway Alarm for any future needs.

I called Gateway to get a price for surveillance cameras at my office and shop. They showed up when they said they were going to and gave me a price a day later. I had a lot of questions which he took the time and answered them all. After signing the contract the install (on 2 buildings) went without any issues. They had to work in and around our employees which worked out great.

We couldn't even tell they were there. No mess at all. They trained me on the operation of the system and confirmed i was good with the camera views. 3 days after the install we had some items stolen from our property. I was able to pull it right up and saw the intruders. We called and filled a police report. When the police arrived and viewed the footage he said "Wow those are some clear images" I am glad we didn't wait any longer for our install. I highly recommend Gateway Alarm.

We here at Gateway Alarm Inc are a dedicated, professional staff of people. Unfortunately, the negative reviews below are not the truth. They are embellished lies simply because of these persons not wanting to pay for services we provide. Both people are not even customers of ours and never had been. I find it frustrating that people will purposely try to defame a business, especially a business that has been around for 30+ years and in great standing with the BBB and has several thousand happy customers.

I had an alarm system put in by Gateway over a year ago and have not had any problems since the install. Their Sales and Service staff were excellent in helping me get an alarm setup that meets my security needs. Would highly recommend this company.

I contracted with Gateway Alarm to have a security system installed in my new home. The initial consultation was thorough and pointed out several security issues I was not aware of. The installation was done in a professional way and it was done neatly. When I put in a service call, a rep was at my home within 24 hours and the problem turned out to be operator error on my part.

The rep took the time to reeducate me and I haven't had an issue since. I thought so much of their service I recommended them to my daughter who now has a Gateway System installed in her home. I'm very happy with my experience with Gateway and will continue to recommend their services in the future.

We have had Gateway Alarm Inc for 7 years and we have been very, very satisfied. They are always prompt in taking care of any problems. We always feel very secure with Gateway. Whenever we call, they answer promptly, plus they will take no chances. If they can't get in touch with us, they send out the police and fire departments so we feel very protected in their care.
