I was extremely impressed with the Guard at Kaiser Pharmacy. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure the customers felt safe. There are a lot of homeless people around that area and some of them were making customers feel very un safe with their behaviors. The Guard made sure I made it to my car and made sure my children felt safe. Thank you

Pacific Security has made me feel welcomed within the company. Considering, that I moved across country; I definitely do not regret my decision to accept a position with Pacific. I wish I made the move sooner. Pacific Security is a family owned business, that makes you feel like part of the family.

Worst company I have ever worked for all the management is Lazy except Mark he seems to do it all while everyone else sits on there ass and when you have an issue on the job overnight they don't want you to file a report because they don't want to upset the customer biggest disorganized company I have ever worked for

They paid everyone different wages People working there make 10 an hour and new people make 14.75 They send you on an 11 hour shift then ask you to be in another town to do 9 more hours as soon as you clock out from the 11 And they cant even respect gender pronouns when you ask repeatedly And they fire trans people regularly for mo reason. Do NOT recommend working here. They are worse than Walmart.

Critical: Professionalism Their security guards will defend and lie for people who run up and assault you. Last night I was begging a Pacific Security guard to call the police and she refused to because the person attacking me was her boyfriend. Sickening, I now have a swoolen ankle from being thrown down some stairs. The worst security guard.

Unprofessional rent a cop at hospital on power trip, harassing patients with appointments to get Covid vaccinations. This person also had her badge flipped so her name wasn't visible. I called the PacSec Bellingham branch and the manager disregarded my concerns. I guess that unprofessional mentality is representational of the company as he spat out a bunch of placating statements and still said I was wrong.

He was sure of his employees location even though I was standing next to her on the opposite side of the hospital, said the Peace Health staff were wrong about their parking policies, and took no responsibility. Stay away unless you want your business to lose customers. Jonathan is the manager, let him know how you feel, he's at the Bellingham location on Iron street. This is why we support higher education folks!

Very bad company they do not train or care about their employees or listen/help with any of their concerns if you do decide to work for them you better be ready for them to take almost $200 from you when you start (since you have to pay for uniforms and your first 8 hours of "training" which is just a uninformed person showing you a slide show that has never worked as a guard) and then the 2nd supposed to be paid training will just never happen and they'll proceed to schedule you at sites and never train you and when you have questions or concerns they become irrelevant as no one will assist you in the upper management or even supervisor levels they will just tell you to figure it out because it was something "unplanned" they'll say but will happen over multiple days even weeks before being addressed or communicated with employees at the respective sites the bottom line is unless you want to be treated unfairly as an employee don't work here and if you are thinking of using them for your company know they will send you untrained people to cover your contracted sites and will take no effort or steps to ensure people know what they're doing to protect your sites or property. Steer clear of pacific security.

This company will use you and toss you out like yesterday's garbage. The sad part is a lot of good employees succumb to the need for a job so they go work for this joke of a company.

Working with this company was beyond terrible. Tracy Scarberry was one of the security members provided for my event. I overheard him making derogatory comments about the LGBTQ community present at my event. I am horrified to know Pacific Security is in support of such a disrespectful human being. Tracy should not be employed as a security guard.

STAY AWAY from this company! I say that to save people from getting hurt while employed here and say that for companies looking to contract with this horrible security agency. How do I know they're so bad? I was a manager there. I watched them fire employees under terms that violated labor laws and I watched them not meet the needs of clients while still billing them hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Again, STAY AWAY!

I contacted Pacific Security for an event weeks in advance. Over two weeks before the event occurred, I sent them my billing info. I called them back the day before the event to confirm they would provide security, but their booking person said they had never received my email and could not provide their services despite the fact that the email was in my "sent mail" inbox to the right address, which I confirmed with the booking person.

If you want to hire pacific security, you'll also have to work with their booking person. This employee is flaky and uninterested in your needs. In the end, all he could do was refer me to a rival company. Pacific Security is unprofessional and sloppy, I am glad I won't be receiving their services.

I was recently hired on with this company. I don't have anything good to say about it. When i went in to fill out paperwork and get my finger prints done, it took close to 3 hours, because my direct manager so disorganized and didn't have her priorities straight. That wouldn't have been a big deal to me if I wasn't told it would only take 30-45 mins.

After that I went to orientation where we spent 5 or more hours learning how to properly clean blood. Yes that's important but don't make it the only thing you teach. I later find out that they found some one more qualified to work the position that I was originally hired for and they would find me a new position ( ok, cool) I got an email of random posts asking which ones I wanted to work, i replied with the shifts I could work.

I got an email back saying that they werent asking me which shifts I could work, but telling me which ones I was required to work. I'm sorry but they were all in different locations and some of them had the same start and end times. I was told if I wasnt able to do that to return my uniform ASAP.

This is a good company to work for. I've been here for 16 years and I really appreciate the effort every day toward great customer service. The sales guy and operations teams will bend over backward to try and get clients customized security services that meet their needs. There are more benefits for hourly workers here than I've seen in most other places.

Have worked security before, not for Pacific though. I do know one of it's employees however. The security guard who works the Safeway Plaza Marysville, Wash. Top notch employee, easy to talk to, on top of his job, treats everybody with respect and dignity even when he is not extended the same. Pacific Security.you did your vetting correct on this employee. So, a BIG SALUTE and THANK YOU to Safeway Plaza security guard. RON.
