Jade Alarm

We have been using Jade Alarm in our commercial buildings for alarm and fire protection for more than 10 years. They are ALWAYS professional and helpful, and it's one of the few places that has a human answer the phone when you call. When we have issues with our complicated alarm system, they always have it fixed within 24 hours and offer solutions that give peace of mind while you wait for the service tech.

It also must be a good place to work because we have seen the same service techs and have heard the same voices for several years, which also makes you feel good when you're working with your security. If you're considering a change, I can not recommend any service other than Jade.

The process from beginning (scheduling, determining services) to end (each day of installation, system walkthrough) was extremely professional, punctual, and communicative. Kirk and Jed were very patient and thorough throughout the whole installation process and were pleasant to have come to the house. Jessica and Alan were extremely helpful and I would highly recommend reaching out to them to either if you are in need of their services.

We have been a customer of Jade Alarm's security and camera systems for some time now at our two locations. Eric and Keith are very professional and easy to work with along with the rest of the team. The rare occasion we have had an issue with one of the systems, Jade Alarm has been very responsive to correct the problem and answer any questions. Thanks for the great service.

Jade alarm company is consistently great. They follow through and their staff is incredibly friendly and thorough. I would not use any other alarm company in Kansas City at this time.

Top shelf customer service and fast response times make it a no-brainer to use Jade for all my security and property protection. We have used this company for 30 years and they are always very helpful. They are a family owned business and their response center (in case of emergency) is local. Some companies outsource to far away cities.not Jade. They are special!
