Our corporate office is located in Stockford Square (Northwest Vancouver). This location gives us safe and speedy access routes to our clients. Pacific Response guarantees customer satisfaction of our services and that our officers will be helpful, and customer service orientated at all times. The mission of Pacific Response Patrol, Inc. is to provide the best quality private security and customer service to our clients. We will achieve this by offering the best pricing for our services and maintaining positive morale among our employees and clients alike.
The general purpose of courtesy patrols are to deter/detect crime, enforce property rules/policies, handle parking problems and investigate suspicious activity. Our patrol vehicles are fully outfitted with emergency warning lights and reflective markings to ensure that we are highly visible when on contracted properties.
Remove all valuables from your car when entering your home, gym, or retail center and assure doors and trunks are properly locked/secured. Even if only for a short period of time. While shopping, lock all purchases and/or valuables in your truck prior to arriving at your destination. If possible, move vehicle after dropping off large packages in your car at shopping malls, ETC.

If "zero stars" were an option, I would have posted it. Absolutely useless service. I was locked out without a cell phone and managed to borrow from the occasional passerby to call their number (posted for lockout help on our building) throughout the night. First the lady said "your building doesn't authorize us to deal with lockouts, sorry." When I called again later to insist on help, suddenly, she said they do do that! Rude employees (one told me over the phone: "I've had a long night too" in response to me noting she had promised to send someone, and it had been three hours at that time).
I called 5 times in that one night and was waiting for 10 hours for help to get back into my building. After four hours waiting, I asked for an ETA and they said "We don't do that." I asked what number I was on the list (how many people were in front of me as they said they went in order of how calls came in) and the same person that put me on the list later said she had no idea.
No one EVER came and eventually one of the employees in my building let me in the morning. I had emphasized I was in a bad area of town and really needed the help/had nowhere else to go. Every time I called back they kept insisting they were coming and that I was on the list, but they NEVER showed up for me or for another student. When I asked everyone in my building if they'd had better luck (thinking maybe it was just a bad employee shift), they also indicated this service had never showed up for them. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

This company is absolutely horrible. I have reached out to them 4 times for a bid on a huge project that would bring them tons for business and they clearly aren't interested in any new business. Nobody returns your phone call, just a gal at the front desk that appears beyond annoyed that you are even calling in the first place and promises to deliver the message just for nobody to return your call. Don't waste your time.
