Services
Our services include: sales, installation, service, central station monitoring, and accounting. We don't subcontract any of our services so you know who you'll be dealing with. We have packaged systems, but our strength lies in listening to your wants and needs, and then customizing a system to meet those needs.
Ron Green is dedicated to our existing clients in the Fort Smith / River Valley area, as well as creating new relationships. He has 40+ years in sales and we are excited to have him serving with us at Guard Tronic. Consultant to help clients design the fire alarm, burglar alarm, camera, and access control system.
Guard Tronic employees donate thousands of hours every year to various causes, both to industry related and civic groups. The National Electronic Security Alliance is the parent organization for many of the state associations. Rick Howell, Guard Tronic's Little Rock Regional Manager, is currently the Treasurer for NESA.

I have had Guard Tronic since 1967. The alarm has gone off 3 times in the last 1 1/2 years and no one was breaking in and the police came. Very embarrassing. 4 weeks ago the alarm went off 6 times in 30 minutes and Gaurd Tronic did not call. After the second alarm I called 911 myself and the dispatcher stayed on the line with me and heard at least 4 more of the alarms.
There would be a little space between each. Guard Tronic finally called after the police had been here for 15 minutes. If I had not called the police, they would never have come. Guard Tronic scheduled 3 different repair visits, three different times: each missed. The last time I talked to them after they had failed to appear, I told them I was going to call ADT. ADT came out quickly to do the contract and 2 days after Christmas they are installing the system as I write. Nice people to deal with. Never trust Guard Tronic.
