Joel offered fantastic customer service, and really went above and beyond in helping me problem solve a couple of lock issues! I appreciated the quick response, patient contemplation of the problem and guidance! Highly recommend supporting this caliber of service!

Joel is a gem! He came and installed a couple security latch locks on my doors, and was fast, friendly, and efficient! The original latches purchased wouldn't work on my doors, and he even ran over to Home Depot to purchase ones that would, which I thought was so nice! Joel did an amazing job installing, and was really nice to talk to. I highly recommend him!

My backyard door wasn't twisted to lock and won't open by key, then I called him, he give me a good price for coming, but he let me try firstly that may save the money, then gave the way to me to fix it by myslef and I did it by myself. Saved money and this is a great man lock Smith and very friendly, great business.

I'm very pleased with Brincken Safe and Lock. Definitely recommend to others. Joel offered clear communication and options, quickly provided a free estimate, and showed up right on time as scheduled! Joel and his son changed four locks with deadbolts for me in about an hour. They were pleasant and professional the whole time. They left my house clean and tidy, and wore extra protective equipment (masks and shoe booties) while inside. I really appreciate Joel pointing out some issues with my front door hinges -- and then fixing the problem himself free-of-charge!

Keys locked in the car in the driveway. Thanks to the reviews here we called them, had to leave a message. Over 20 hours later still no call back. Good thing this was a spare vehicle and we had another way into the house. Moved on to someone else.

I called Joel based on good reviews. I left a voicemail with a brief description and my contact info. Over the next 72 hours I called 4-5 more times with no response. Not great customer service. I guess I'm going elsewhere

My teenage daughter was locked out of her car, I was a panicked mom. I left a message and you called me back within 5 mins, you were at my daughters location within 15mins and your prices are great. I have saved your number in my cell phone! Thank you

I phoned to ask how much it would cost to have him come out and open a padlock where the key would not turn because of winter and salt-water environment. His price was less than some others I had called. The best part was that I asked if he could advise me what I might be able to try myself to open it -- he suggested hammering on it (I had already used WD-40 on it).

This worked; I got the lock open and did not have to have him come out. He was very friendly and helpful, and willing to share the advice that meant he wouldn't get the job.

Prompt and courteous service. I locked my keys in the house a couple of weeks after having this company change the locks. The locksmith was kind enough to rush over and get me in the house and he didn't even charge me!

We had all of the exterior doors on our home rekeyed when we purchased a new home and their service was fast and courteous. I was impressed that they asked for photos of our antique door knobs so they could get matching deadbolt hardware and they were cool with getting the photos via text MSG! Awesome to find a vendor utilizing 21st century tools who while not sacrificing on the professional quality of the service!

After spending a little over one full day stuck inside due to the winter storm that swept through the Puget Sound this week, my girlfriend and I decided that we should try to flee the house. I set about trying to get into my girlfriend's Toyota since my car is still stuck at work. Now, I owned this car before she did and when it was mine the key for the doors had started to bend slightly likely because the driver's side door lock was starting to get old.

Apparently Toyotas are notorious for that. Finally, on this day the key reached the end of its poor, sad little existence and as I was trying to unlock her car it snapped into two whole pieces and multiple shards, most of which were lost in the snow at one point or another. To add insult to injury, the handle on the driver's side broke clean off!

This was beginning to turn into quite the debacle. Without the proper means to break into our own car, we ultimately decided that we should call a locksmith. The first place I called could not come out because of the conditions. Apparently their van was too large to safely navigate the roads. Fair enough. The next place I called did not even answer!

The nerve! Luckily, my third call was to Joel at Brincken. He showed up within an hour of my call (which is a pretty decent feat given the road conditions and his starting location), set about testing the locks and making a new key without delay and we were given a brand new key with which to open our car after paying a very reasonable price. All of this adds up to a very satisfied customer and a recommendation to anyone in need of their services.
