If your looking for a job that cares about employers. RUN. you can be with them for years and they will have NO loyalty towards you. Your lucky if you get put at a DECENT site. not to mention you can be with them for 15 years and have only accumulated a 3 dollar raise and a few gift card for the years of hard work to THEIR company. If your looking for security try Securitas, or NPG.

Iv worked for Aegis for 5 years, the site i was out it was great when i first started, 90% were competent and cared about the job but after a few years and most moved on all we would get is a bunch of trash new hires that constantly called off or were late. Btw if you are trash like that then you would thrive as they almost NEVER fire anyone, they will just move you sites.
You can plan on getting stuck over due to your relief calling off weekly. The common excuse for having so many openings is "no one is applying" that somehow ypur problem and means you now have to cover extra shifts or they just leave the shift behind you open to basically force you to stay. Pay is usually also very low at most sites. If you are a trained supervisor or command center operator at sites then you were basically untouchable.
The site i was at, the third shift supervisor had so many points against him due to being late or more common for him was calling off 20-30 minutes before his shift (company policy is minimum 4 hour notice) that he should have been fired three times over but all HR would do is call him and bluff saying its a last and final blah blah but guess what.hes still there as a SUPERVISOR. Aegis will ignore their own policies if it helps them fill posts. Im not saying other companies will be better, its just Aegis isnt better than the others.

I have been employed by Aegis since last year and have had nothing but an incredible experience with them. I have worked for other Security companies in the past in Cincinnati and they fall short in comparison. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great Security company to work for, to apply with Aegis. You won't be disappointed.
