Currently we have had a fire alarm going off in a building of over 50 people for over 30 min. and no one at Mammoth Fire will answer. I'm either put on hold or told they will call back.

I take back what I said before, I experienced some communication issues with these guys and when I brought it to there attention they made good on it. Besides that my experience with them has been outstanding.
