Any time I've had a tech question or issue, they've been VERY responsive to get someone out to look at it, and have been able fix the few issues we've had quickly. No matter what time of the day it is, the staff of this company have been nothing but AMAZING to me and my property! They deserve a 10 Star rating, and not just 5. My interaction with each individual in this business was not only super sweet but was also handled with care, with urgency and in a timely manner. Innovative Security makes it so easy! We are always doing projects around the house that often result in needing to make adjustments to our security system. This company is so responsive and the technicians that they dispatch are always wonderful. Most recently, we were service by Andrey. He was SO NICE and SO PATIENT and even made some improvements that we had no idea we needed! LOVE this company!
