Got my $1000 bike stolen from Midtown Mall (secured by Guardian Security). Bike was secured outside Steamdot with a heavy duty cable lock, but was cut with bolt cutters while security was nowhere to be found. Once we finally tracked down the security guard on duty, he was rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Didn't help me contact mall managers, didn't help review security footage, and didn't help contact police. Talked to other 'security' officers on scene and got the same not-my-problem response.
The team then lied about the circumstances in a report they filed with their supervisors to avoid any consequences. An absolute joke of a security detail. Don't expect any of your belongings to be safe when secured by Guardian Security Systems.

Guardian technicians have been to our house twice in the past six months. They are always knowledgeable, friendly, and take proper COVID precautions (wearing masks). In October, they came out and repaired a door sensor I had damaged while replacing door jams. Six months later they had to come out again to fix one of the sensors due to repeated false alarms. This time they put in a larger sensor for a better connection. My main complaint we paid for two service calls within a six month time frame to work on the same sensor.

Guardian Security recently brought our system up-to-date. My wife Janie and I have been using our new system for the last 6 weeks or so and have been delighted with the ease of its use and the sense of security it provides. We have had the occasion to use the doorbell voice feature when dealing with an unexpected UPS delivery while we were OOT. The doorbell allowed us to make alternative arrangements. We have enjoyed our contact with all of your "Dans". Courteous / Competent / Accommodating to our needs.

I work within a block of their call center. Guardian Security cannot even turn off their own building alarms. It's 1304 on 2/18/2020 and I've been listening to the wailing of their alarm(s) for over 30 minutes. This isn't the first time it's happened either. DO you really want a company protecting your building when they can't even turn off their own alarm?
