Alan Weeks had worked in the electronic security industry for many years, and as an installation technician, he could not find a company to work for that really cared about the quality of installations. So in 2004, Alan and his wife Alison started SAF Technologies, Inc. out of their home garage. Today Alison is the CEO and Alan is the President of SAF.
Use problem solving and technical skills to help resolve potential problems before they can have a negative impact on the customer and the company. Respond to emergency service calls as necessary as needed and once you go on the "on call rotation". Provide Extreme Customer Service - Interface with the customer in a respectful manner, giving the customer the information & explanations that are helpful in understanding the situation & resolution, realizing there are internal and external customers.Remain focused on customer's issues & concerns, responding to requests in a thorough, professional, & timely manner.
Access control is a way of physically limiting access to a building or property. Through the use of both software and hardware, not only can the owner restrict access by date and time, they have a complete audit trail of all transactions occurring at the property. At SAF Technologies Inc. we offer a wide range of access control products to fit both the individual's needs and budgets of our customers.
