Used Arrow for a Wine tasting and Art Show. Very impressed with Uniform and how the operations staff set up the events security for us and even did a walk through the day before with their entire team. While visiting my mother at Leisure Village, I noticed the guards. They were helpful, clean cut and very insistent on checking my ID. So when my fire alarm system went down I called them at 11:00pm and a live person answered the phone and sent me a fire watch guard at my warehouse in Central Islip within 20 minutes. not too bad at all, not Police quality but pretty good for square badges. Cars could use some cleaning up

This company is at the same level of integrity as dirt. The uniforms in leisure village are either high or drunk or even bet they are "resting" or sleeping. When you try to communicate with HQ it seems like no one has the time for us. They say come backnjn the morning and then we come back and they say come back after 4. Horrible company

Whatever you do, don't use Arrow security. For two out of the three events I hired them for, the guard was an hour late because he was overbooked on overlapping events. They promised me a credit for those hours and then billed me the full amount. They then never responded to my request for the credit until they started invoicing me 2 years later. Their accountant Crystal has made it clear to me they care far more about money than about the safety and security of their clients. Stay far away!

Love the Arrow uniform they are truly professionals hands down! Marvelous company bigger than life as there are special one of kind classic Security Officers! Anyone with these nonsense reviews should have their heads put in an MRI machine!
