Eric really took the time to make sure I felt secure and accommodated to the new security system. He walked me through all my options to help me find the right price for my first home! He also walked me through how to use the system very thoroughly. I called 3 different companies when looking for home security & they were the only company that answered on the second ring. Would highly recommend this service and Eric to all!

What a fantastic experience! From the first call to inquire to the scheduling communication to the best part, Todd the Technician. So thorough, so helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about the product and process. If the rest of our SFI experience is like this, we've got an alarm company for life. If they added live voice monitoring speaking to you if an alarm goes off, they'd be unbeatable. Even without it, they have the best customer service and detailed care.

I was so Excited to have a Security System and the Technician, Eric was So Marvelous he made this Experience Good. Eric was Very Patient with me and Went Into Detail Step by Step. He was Very Customer Friendly. His Knowledge and Install was Excellent and explained everything to me in a Basic Way for me To Understand It. I was also Very Comfortable with numbers that he gave me and Totally Trusted Him Thoroughly.
Plus he helped me to Understand After 90 Day and a smoke dector is faulty, the Cost would be higher.for a new one and Time and Labor. That's when I got the Warranty to pay a Service Fee. Eric is Definitely an Asset! I am Spreading My Positive.

Travis S installed our security system with cameras today and he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure all our questions and concerns were addressed before leaving! So thankful for Travis and security force, we feel much more safe and secure in our new home!
