On two different occasions I tried to setup installations with this guy and the way he handles his potential customers is completely unprofessional. First it was a car alarm/auto start system that he randomly flaked on and the second time I reached out to see if he had a car stereo system I was looking for and he doesn't even follow up. I'd recommend going elsewhere.
And he tries to do the installation as an independent contractor, giving you a better rate without even mentioning to you that the alarm system would be void of a warranty since Viper and Compustar must be installed by an authorized vendor or it's automatically voided. Response to Owner: That's a lie. Text message screen shot included. The only reason he referred me to Hi-Fi was because he was trying to install without being an authorized vendor so the alarm would not come with a warranty since alarms are void of a warranty unless installed by an authorized vendor.
He quoted me $325 FOR HIM to do it at Hi-Fi and told me to call into Hi-Fi ONLY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT (which would be with him), which I ended up speaking to the guy there and he was extremely rude so I told Hi-Fi I'll look elsewhere. After trying to get back in contact with Marcelo to make other arrangements, he twice gave me runarounds saying he'd get back to me, which he didn't.
It's a shady operation. Just so everyone who reads this knows --- if he installs your alarm, since he's not an authorized dealer/installer the alarm's warranty is voided by both Viper and Compuster. He'll try to hide that from you. Great "professionalism" man. So not only is this guy unprofessional, he's also a liar. I didn't even get a price from Hi-Fi because you already gave me the price and told me you would only use Hi-Fi so the warranty isn't voided, and that you'd be able to install the next day. Please stop lying to save face.

I've know Marcelo for years now and I have to say, I've never had a complain. He build 2 radio systems for me which by the way sounds clean and crispy. His wiring is so precise you don't even know it's there. Best thing about his service is, that everything he sells is under 100% warranty. So if something goes wrong you give him a call and he'll get it replaced for you! His prices are great as well! I would recommend him to anyone looking for his type of service
