Our uniformed, trained, and experienced security officers can be provided on a temporary basis with little advance notice or on a long-term, contract basis. Security officers may be armed or unarmed, according to the needs of the client. All MP SECURITY officers are required to adhere to our strict standards concerning diligence to duty, pride in appearance, reliability, courtesy, knowledge of their specific post duties, and are closely supervised to see that those goals are maintained.All security officers are screened and placed only on those posts for which they are qualified.

The owner *Pete* is not a people person when it comes to terms of employment or hourly pay. Checks are constantly shorted and the post positions and methods of payment for your shifts are beyond questionable in terms of security, stability and service. His method of termination can also be viewed by many as both unusual and deplorable. Will go out of the way to have you come to the office in person just to say that you are being let go with such CONDESCENDING and detached manner.
You are NOT a valued employee here. You are an EXPENDABLE resource to this man. There is NO growth here. NO career here. And management is absolutely toxic to the core! You are STRONGLY not recommended to apply for work or consider to hire. Research your sources better. I can only hope more employees come forward and share thier thoughts to one day bring this little "high horse" office down to it's knees. People that treat their employees like this don't deserve positions of power or to be trusted in the slightest!

Pete (owner) was not employer friendly but would do more for his favorites. No matter how hard you work it never gets you anywhere. As a formal employee there, I will say he will put his customers and clients first before his employees. If his demands is not met, calling in sick, or requesting time off you will be terminated. He will tell you straight up don't play with his business and his money for not being at an assigned post and have to replace your absence and that his customers comes first.
So if you feel like working security where there's no growth, work you to the bone for 7.50 phr or doing armed for 11 phr, getting time off gets you a write up or termination, where a manager doesn't care about your well being but fulfill his services, sending the favorites to find a reason to write you up for, or hard work is nothing to them, then this the place.

I was just fired today for calling off 24 hrs prior to mother's day because i needed to take care of my sister who is on bed rest. Even though i had all proof of documentation and my actual shift was covered the company still had no sympathy for my situation and fired me. so please think twice before applying because there is no consideration for serious life situations if you are employed here! upset i wasted my time working for yet another company who just wants a check and not to actually take care of their employees

I have been working here for 2 months now. I have worked very hard to repair a customer client relationship that other guards have failed to live up to. The job site is 37 miles away from my house. Since I've been doing such a great job they decided to cut my hours with out even consulting me. Seems like hard work gets you no where. They also will short you money every paycheck and will not pay you for it either
