On May 10th, I texted a photo of a panel for the fire alarm system at our HOA clubhouse which needed to be re-wired. Group One schedule a technician for May 13th. After the technician didn't show, I called and Group One said the photo was simply a test panel -- they said with all the cut wires shown in the photo, the system would likely need a full day job to re-wire it, so they scheduled a technician for May 23rd.
After not hearing from them until 10:30am on May 23rd, I called to inquire what time the technician would show up. Group One said the technician tested positive for Covid (a phone call to me would have been nice), they said they'd try to find another technician and they would let me know within an hour. A few minutes later, Group One texted me to say they cannot do work on my system because they do not do the monitoring.
What a total run-around they put me through --- Almost two weeks after my initial call they notify me they won't work on my system? HORRIBLE SERVICE --- IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS, I'LL FIND SOMEONE ELSE. The funny part is our HOA is looking to sign a bulk monitoring agreement for all 395 homes in the community. not gonna use this company!

Had two different experiences with this company. We were extremely patient the first time and was turned by the sincerity that they projected so, we put them to task on another project. Same problem, no customer service, no decent turnaround time, no call backs, or return of email. I would not recommend this company for any system. Been fooled twice.

Security system works fine and police come when it goes off. As far as the customer service forget it, they don't care about the customer all they care about is making money. I put them on autopay and they were supposed to charge my card quarterly (every 3 months) i looked at my statement and noticed they charged me after 2 months, and upped the monthly cost without any notice. when i called to address it they keep telling me a manger will be back tomorrow and will explain it but they tell me the billing is correct when it clearly isn't. I would go with another company unless you want your money stolen like what they did to me.
