Very friendly and helpful employees, called looking for a two-gun biometric safe, when I got there they had set the safe aside for me the price was good and they were very helpful would definitely go there for a bigger gun safe when I need one, have also referred this place to other gun owners

We have purchased three safes from them. The service has been exceptional. The salesman have Been very friendly and always on time for delivery. Great place to do business with. Delivery boys were also great.

Not exactly sure which location shipped my safe, but just wanted to leave a good review for the location that had the least number of reviews. Wowzers, Dean Safe shipped my safe so quick it made my head spin, and it was immaculately packaged and included a generous return policy as well. Really impressed with the service, selection, and prices on their website, absolutely world class. Would buy from here again.

The safe was fine and the price was reasonable. However, I ordered a safe with white glove delivery service (inside the house), and after I paid for the safe and waited for 2 months to get it built, they told me that their white-glove delivery contractors were unreliable and they could only deliver it curbside. So ordering from them is fine as long as you are willing to install it yourself.

Josh was fantastic. He guided us thru the options available to us and helped us decide on the best safe for our needs. We wanted a safe manufactured in US and you provided us with the perfect one. Everything fits exactly the way we needed and the jewelry drawer for my wife is a bonus we were not expecting. She loves knowing everything is safe and is securely protected in its own place.

Delivery was very simple. Got a call about 45 ahead of the delivery to give me heads up. Making the purchase over the phone was equally simple. A friend of mine referred me to Dean Safe. I didn't really know what I was looking for and they were awesome. Pat walked me through many different kinds of safes. He helped me to think through scenarios in order to pick out exactly what I needed. He probably spent two hours with me. That week, two really nice guys delivered my safe and bolted it into the ground.

I felt very safe with them in my home and they were super helpful in setting it up. When I was setting up my second safe, I had issues. I tried to call the safe company, but due to the virus, they were not taking calls. Pat got right on it and my issues got resolved. Thank you Pat for being so kind and patient with me. I recently bought a safe and had it delivered and installed. The pricing was better than other places that I looked at online. The two different ladies that I spoke to in the office were very helpful. But the delivery service was STELLAR. Tanner & Sean were quick, efficient and still very friendly. I recommend anyone who buys a safe to have it delivered and installed by professionals.

Purchased a gun safe with expert guidance and spot on recommendations from Mary. The delivery was on time and the safe was placed exactly where I wanted it. After 2 months I had a minor issue with the electric lock that was resolved the same day over the phone. Every aspect of this transaction was as good as it gets. Paul and Kit delivered and set our safe, no problems! They were so fast at their jobs, I nearly didn't make it home in time. I purchased a safe months ago from Dean's Safes and received excellent customer service inside the store and the install crew was professional and did great work. I called this week to have the safe moved and I only had a window of a few days to complete the job. Dean's Safes was able to schedule the job within 2 days and gave me an install time from 9am to 12pm.

We looked for safes at big box and home improvement stores before going to Dean Safe. So glad we did that because their knowledge is exceptional and their products speak for themselves. Came in on Saturday. Mary was more than helpful she set me up with this pistol organizers and all various configurations. Dehumidifiers and told me the differences between the two I was on the fence with. Cannot say enough positive work for this company you won't be disappointed
