Double or MORE the price of anywhere else. Went in to by a tiny standard key lockbox and it was marked up 250%. I showed them regular prices at a number of online outlets as I was there, and manager told me they wouldn't match anything and "can't compete." Don't waste your time here unless you want that kind of service and answer!

First off you were not even there! All of your false assumptions are due to the fact that the customer service provided was horrible. Just because I spoke with a minority does not mean that there was no racism present. I have no reason to post a false review, like I said the manager told me he did not want to talk with me. I was quoted $70 for your "minority" employee to use his personal key to open an empty nail case as the keys were inside. No work needed to be performed and the employee opened the case in my face and locked it back saying I would need to pay $70. Do not lie lady!

Guy on the phone didn't understand English very well. Never heard of Titan Safes, and told me it is impossible to make a key without another key as reference. I'm not a locksmith, but I've watched a few times while other [more experienced?] locksmiths did exactly what he just said is impossible. He offered smart alec comments that really don't help, "[You not supposed to lose your keys." Yeah, Thanks Captain Obvious.

Let me start by saying GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They were friendly, respectful and no nonsense. I called ahead and gave me all info I needed to make a copy of a master key. Then I go in and wait for about 5 minutes. Someone helped me and made sure I got along Keys and I was on my way. So easy it was amazing!

If you live in the Los Angeles area and need a safe, this is a no-brainer, call First Security Safe. Taha is one of the most knowledgable and professional gentlemen I've worked with in any transaction. I am an engineer so overthinking things is a past time. Taha had all the answers and was very helpful. They had a great selection of commercial safes I considered for my workplace. They are able to ship via truck / LTL out of area if needed. I'd be shocked if there was a better place to buy a safe in the LA area.

I had purchased a used safe from a third party who originally had purchased it from 1st Security Safe in the Jewelry District in Downtown. I arranged the physical move, lock change, and bolting with them. From my first contact until my last they were communicative, fair, explained everything, and highly secure. Any private information was delivered to me in a sealed container which would have shown obviously if it had been tampered with, and he even re-keyed my high security safe without charge.
They have absolutely world class service. I wish other businesses would operate like this, the world would be a better place. Thank you Mr Bahram and Mr Jay for such professionalism.

This place specializes in safes, and they have some huge ones that could hold a few adults. But they also do keys, and they often have hard to find ones. They also will make car keys and can make anti theft keys or stamp "do not duplicate" on keys. Ironically, they will make copies of keys that have this imprinted on them. Also, they are also not cheap.
They keys are pricey and other accoutrements like padlocks and key rings are also pricey. They also close right at 5 pm sharp, which is kind of a bummer if you need to come after work.

I needed a magnetic key holder so I was passing by and walked in. Not one of the 4/5 staff said a single word to me. I believe that when ANY potential customer steps food in your place of business they should be greeted. A simple hello. Can I help you find something? For those speaking with customers, they can say I'll help you shortly'.
I looked around, they did not have what I needed. I walked out with still no word or acknowledgement. Guys, just because I don't look like I'm buying an expensive safe does not mean you can't greet me. When I own a business and need locks, safes etc, I will NOT give my money to this establishment.
