You can never be too safe when you have firearms or valuables! I learned the hard way. Don't let that be you! My search lead me to U.S. Safe Company in Murrieta and they had a large selection to choose from. The salesman, Chris was very informative and taught me a lot about the different features which made it easy to buy the right one for my needs.

The owner, Neil set me up and the safe was delivered the same day. What great service and they even set it up for me and made sure I knew how to operate everything before leaving. No more worries. It's tough to find such wonderful customer service and sales these days. I highly recommend buying from U.S. Safes on Ivy Street In Murrieta. You will be glad you did and sleep well knowing your things are locked up!

There are several reasons that US Safes has been in business for so long; in my experience, customer service almost always trumps price - but US Safe HAS BOTH! We bought s small safe (24" Wasatch) for our closet. Neil was awesome to deal with and he even loaded the safe into my truck. when we took the safe out of the box, which the cardboard was crushed and torn on the front, my wife noted what appeared to damage to the safe.

No doubt this happened somewhere in the shipping process. I contacted Neil and sent him pictures. Working with the company, Neil determined that the "damage" was superficial and did not affect the operation or security of the safe, it he offered to replace the safe or refund my money. we decided to exchange the safe and, because we are extremely close to his shop, Neil even had his son drop off the new safe and take the old one. Neil is a great guy! He's been completely upstanding through every step of the sale, shipping, and service even 18 months later. For clarity, I 100% caused the need for service. It had nothing to do with U. S. Safe or the manufacturer. Regardless, Neil was great about being accessible, hooking me up with his locksmith, and getting me replacement parts. Neil is accessible, honest, well informed, fair, and just flat nice.

My wife called at 9:10 a.m to confirm they were open and to get directions. He was rude and abrupt. When we got there we walk up to the side door and he bit our heads off and yell can't you see the arrows. You need to go around to the front. We did not see ANY arrows on the door and if they were there, NOT A WAY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. I do not recommed this place.

Had a wonderful experience with Neil and U.S. Safe Company. He is extremely knowledgeable and as others said he did not push the sell just gave us a lot of information and showed us a variety of safes that would meet our personal needs. We left and with in a day had made the decision to come back and give our business to Neil. It was well worth it.

U.S. Safe Company has a great selection of safes and great service. Neil is very helpful, low key and knowledgeable about their product. He had lots of great info in what to look for when buying a safe to suit your needs. They have very good prices and you definitely get more for what you pay. I was looking for a safe and came across this place in Murrieta and I'm glad I did because Neil the owner opened my eyes completely! He educated me on safes, manufactures, and delivery companies. Neil didn't pressure me to buy and I really appreciate that because I'm more likely to buy from him. The shop is a nice size with several safes to chose from and I'm sure he can order some too. He had safe brands from Cannon, Heritage, and Pentagon. I had great experiences with Neill so when I have enough firearms I'll be here to pickup my Cannon.

Great experience, wish I could give a higher rating. The owner Neil is down to earth, no pressure sales pitch, and has a nice inventory. I called a couple of times and picked his brain, and after each call I felt more comfortable about what I wanted and needed. Long story short, he had exactly what I was looking for. He helped load the safe, and even set up the shelves inside because I have certain limitations.

He even allowed me to borrow his hand truck for a few hours so the safe could be unloaded easier. Lastly, I wanted an accessory and he had already ordered it by the time the hand truck was returned. Neil has been completely upstanding through the sale, shipping to Mexico, and some very specialized service I needed 18 months after the sale. He's taken the high road at every turn. I bought two CA-40s in the spring of '19. I arranged cross country shipping myself and the despite Neil's great packaging job, the carrier damaged one.

The carrier admitted fault and paid up. Neil was immediately right there to help, shipping me replacement parts, and bringing his locksmith into the picture to consult with the local locksmith. Neil answers all my calls and texts, connects me with his network of experts, tells me the truth, and consistently takes the high road. I've had to arm wrestle him to charge me. I can't remember a time I bought anything from someone I'd recommend as much as Neil.

I've been meaning to get a new safe for quite a while and started checking around. I researched and spoke to several people from different safe companies. When I spoke to Neal at U.S. Safe Co., he explained all of the different complexities of modern safes, things like the types of materials used, fire ratings and locking mechanisms. He was very informative, but didn't pressure me at all.

I purchased a safe from US Safe from a Costco promotion in November 2014. I purchased it because I was planning to go on a one month vacation in December. When I purchased I was promised two things: (1) It will be delivered with 3 weeks. (2) The gun shelves will be replaced with regular office shelves. But none of these promises were met. The safe was not delivered or nobody called me in 3 weeks.

I had to call Costco to report the issue since I have already made the full payment. Finally the safe was delivered before I went on vacation but I had to pay more to get another model since they didn't have the model I purchased at Costco. The safe was delivered with gun shelves but I was told that they will send me the regular office shelves before I leave on my vacation.

Now 3 months have passed and I haven't got a call or the regular shelves they promised. I am so disappointed with company. After selling the safe they don't even care about the customer. I am still waiting for the shelves and if they deliver it as promised I will change the rating. Otherwise they don't even worth one star.

This place is awesome! You don't have to look any where else! They have better quality safes than anywhere else I have looked (in stores and online). We purchased our Cannon T12 Safe from Brian Zolnoski at U.S.Safe Company in Murrieta, CA. and had it installed by his company in our home May 2, 2001, some 13 years ago. Not only has it been a wonderful investment, it has been "service free" since the date of installation. The only maintenance I have performed is to occasionally replace the 9V battery in the electronic lock. I wish every thing we bought was this reliable.

I have now purchased three safes from Brian at US Safe and I cannot say enough about the entire process! They have the best prices (they beat Costco's "sale" prices) and their delivery team is the without a doubt the finest in the industry! They will get my business and referrals for another 15 years!

I was in the market for a safe that provided fire protection, touch dial entry, reasonable price, delivery with setup, and an excellent warranty. US Safe in Murrieta filled that tall order plus a lot more! My first visit to US Safe was pretty simple - I wanted to check out the safes and get some prices. Brian, the salesman was busy but very helpful.

After listing what I wanted, he pointed me in the right direction. The shopping experience was fantastic - ZERO hassle from the sales guy with reasonable set prices. US Safe is a distributor of Cannon Safes. Cannon safes offers (IMO), Hands down the best warranty on the market. My safe came with all the bells and whistles that most other companies make you spend extra on (power, data port, usb, touch dial entry, 60min burn @1200, door kit.etc).

Check out Cannon, I think you'll see the value compared to many other companies. The US Safe folks offered the best and cheapest delivery and setup I've found. Most quotes from other companies were $175 all the way to $375. For my particular safe, the cost was $150 to include being bolted to the ground. The two delivery guys drove up in a smaller delivery vehicle with a simple "US Safe" on the door - nothing fancy at all.

When they pulled the safe off the vehicle, they left the cardboard box around the safe in order to conceal what was being delivered. The two guys were very nice and were pro's at their job! Seriously, probably the best delivery experience I've ever had. They took the time to ensure it was properly placed where I wanted it. They both walked me through some of the setup process and ensured I was a happy customer. US Safe is truly a stand out company; offering a great product, excellent customer service at an affordable price.

I went to the gun show at the OC fairgrounds looking for a good fireproof safe. We have a friend who had quite a fire scare recently, and another who had their home broken into. 'Nuff said, time to get a safe. I shopped around, and settled on U.S. Safe because they sell Cannon Safes, which have a great warranty and are loaded with cool features, like usb and power connections for storing a hard drive, interior lighting, and high quality fit and finish.

The owner, Brian, was working their booth and was really helpful and didn't try any hard sell crap. I checked out the safes and took a brochure, because who buys a safe without thoroughly price-shopping? Turns out, U.S. Safe has some great prices. So why am I giving a safe company 5 stars? The service - these guys were cool, no-hassle, no pressure, took all the time I needed to explain how it worked, how the warranty process goes, and they use their own guys to deliver the safe.

Not a couple of drop-it-and-run, you-figure-out-how-to-get-it-in-the-house brusque yahoos, but two polite, very helpful, totally professional nice guys who really went out of their way to take care of my floors, walls and driveway.
