We had service with DynaWatch at our old property since 2002 and transferred to our new property in 2017. We decided after all these years with DynaWatch we decided to go with another security company, as our contract was expiring. We contacted the local office and spoke with Dan Raspanti and told him we were not renewing. He confirmed the cancellation and a week later I received a bill for the quarterly monitoring for the next billing cycle.

I called DynaWatch and they never received the cancellation from the local office (Dan Raspanti). I called Dan to inquire and he was upset and said the service has been cancelled and hung up. I called the billing office and I was told until the local office puts in the cancellation, there was nothing they could do on their end. Do not deal with DynaWatch or Dan Raspanti terrible Customer Service!

No complaints about monitor service. The only thing that is very disappointing is I didn't read contract. I understood 2 year commitment, however there's an auto renewal each year. I had service for 3 years from January. It's March and I want to cancel but have to wait 9 more months. I cancelled internet and now I'm paying for service that I'm not using. I guess I'll cancel now and pay difference. Lesson learned.

We have had a very positive experience with Dynamark Security Center and Security consultants. The whole experience of installation, training and interface has been excellent. I feel like I have someone I can reach out to with any needs, rather than remain on a long and impersonal hold as with our previous alarm company. I would highly recommend them!

I have been calling customer service since May 1, 2020 to no avail. I have left 6 messages including one to a Supervisor, Larry and have yet to receive a call back! My contract is coming to an end and of course they dont want to have a conversation. You would think they would want to retain a customer! But believe me if I wanted to cancel early they were quick to call and tell me no I cant do that without penalty! I am at frustration level 20. I guess better business bureau is my next step!

I had their system for about two years and their equipment was malfunctioning. Every time I had to get someone to come take a look, it would cost $35. We did this several times and they always blamed it on our internet connection. We recently went to another company and the equipment works fine. It took several tries for us to get out of our contract, where I eventually paid ~$2,000.

After I finally thought I was done with this company given that I paid to get out of our contract, I just got hit with another billing statement. Their customer service is absolutely awful - they never pick up and won't get back to you. DO NOT go with this company. You'll end up with equipment that doesn't work and terrible service.

Had their system for 3+ years and had many problems with the equipment. So decided the service is not for me so I called to canceled and they wont even refund back the credit for the remaining month I paid for. All other services I had for my business ALWAYS refunds back your credit for the remaining month but this company does NOT do that, poor business practice.

This company kept billing me for an entire year after I canceled my contract with them. I've called repeatedly and they keep giving me excuses. I just had a phone conversation with the manager (Todd?) who confirmed that I canceled a year ago. His excuse was that I was under contract until April. I paid through April, even though I'm in another state and he said I would have needed to cancel again.

I spoke to Patty maybe two months ago and she told me that they needed the cancelation in writing and I did that a month ago and then I get another invoice today for a new month! Don't do business with these guys they will keep billing once you've canceled.

I researched many companies but after meeting with Jeremy and going thru all the options, it was a no brainer. Larry did the actual set up and my sister and I feel confident that our house is guarded in the best way possible. The system is easy to get used to, the thermostat cover is sleek and functional, and overall the price is very reasonable. No complaints!

I researched many companies to update a older system, met with Jeremy and signed up for more options with lower payments. Larry did the install the very next day. Both representatives were on time and very knowledgeable. The system is easy to get used to and very reasonably priced. 5 Stars! Helpful?
