I've used Night Owl for 10 years this year. Yesterday my alarm system wouldn't engage. It kept saying that doors were open when they were not. I called Gina and she sent the guys out right away. In less than 24 hours my system was back to good! They fixed the problem in minutes! Thankful for them!

Exceptional company. Moved here from out of town into a house that had their system. They came out and upgraded system free. $18 a month monitoring. The technicians were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Had our system put in by Night Owl. His guys were professional and done a good job. Haven't had any trouble to date. We have had our system for 10 years. His technicians have been help full through the years. No complaints.

Contacted Ron Peltier about a security system for a residence. He took my $800 deposit and failed to perform any work. After 8 weeks I requested a refund and he gave many excuses and told me he would mail me a check. It's now 7 months later and he has not returned my money. Do NOT give this man your business. He cannot be trusted.

RUN away. Ron Peltier will harass you for business until he gets a check and you will never hear from him again. Cost us $3390.00 and all we get is excuses via text messages as to why "he cant return concerned customer calls". Hes about money and money only. Beware

They installed 16 video camera and office monitoring for $8800 and I supplied the cat6 cable. 2 months after installation, a thunderstorm took out 6 cameras. I was charge $2500 to replace the cameras. During this process I discovered that none of the cameras or power supplies have surge protection - they don't use it. I purchased surge protection baluns and power supplies for $300 and installed them. I haven't lost a camera since. Their incompetent and bleed you after the sale.
