Took forever for my alarm center to actually create the work order and give them the assignment. But once that was out of the way, a nice young man covered with protective equipment showed up and did the upgrade installation. Had to do a lot of consultation with the alarm provider to reinstall features but he was very determined to get us whole before he left. He was very polite, left no mess, and he got the job done.

I am very pleased with this security company. High quality materials and camera's. Different options for service contracts to fit your budget. Outstanding installers (Jay and Mitch), top rate, first class guys who know what they are doing. Shane on the layout and business end, really listened to what our needs were and grafted a great site plan for apartment complex.
I wish I could give them 10 stars! I just added a new camera March, 2021 to my office and am very pleased. The quality of the camera's and the ability to have tech help 24 hours a day is very comforting for me when I am away from the property. Everything available at the touch of your phone or computer. This company and installers are first rate!

The CIX tech that came to my house was extremely Professional, knowledgeable, experienced and had a fantastic overall attitude. There were challenges with my system and I listened as he patiently and professionally spoke with several service reps in attempting to solve it. I highly recommend this company!

Shane from CIX performed the service on our alarm system to upgrade it from 3g to 4g. His excellent service started with his coordination with My Alarm Center on the details of the install. He was flexible on the appointment time, was on-time, and obviously very knowledgeable on the upgrade. He made sure that all elements of the system were functioning properly before he left, demonstrated a few features we did not know about. and made it a pleasant experience. Highly recommend
