Terrible experience at Norvac Lock. I took my key fob in to be duplicated for my vehicle and the duplicate was not programmed properly. I went back to have the duplicate fixed, and not only did they not fix the duplicate, they also messed up my original key. So now I have 2 key fobs that do not work properly for my vehicle and was told that it will take weeks to get a new one.

This is always been the go-to place for a locksmith in Winchester. I recently ran into a situation where I needed a locksmith and they were unable to assist. They recommended another company that was excellent. Service like that to the customer as opposed to greedily taking your business and acting like nobody else exists is why I will continue to use their services.

Didn't have what I needed in stock, but I ordered my key fobs online and came back several days later for them to cut and program (vehicle keys my wife destroyed). After waiting less than 30 minutes (multiple customers before me) I was back out. Pleasant both times and I'll be back if I need anything else. I'm a store manager an I may contact them for those needs as well.

September 4th, 2018 I got my locks and deadbolts changed by Mark. Mark left some of the screws not properly screwed as the picture indicates sticking out in one side. One of the screws he used was not the same color as the other screws as the picture indicates. Mark said there is no board behind the wall when the other ones had no problem and so he had to use a longer screw that did not match the other screws that was used.
If the customer like myself did not go over the work that an employee such as Mark has done, there would be even more problems as I had to tell Mark who is the professional from this company Norvac that some of the screws were not screwed correctly as the picture indicates which Mark did not fix all of the screws that were not screwed in correctly.
I told Mark as I saw another screw the picture that is shown that this screw also is not screwed in properly, Mark said he's done and does not finish fixing the screw. Mark left scrape marks as the picture indicates. Mark did not clean the aftermath of the wood on the door well after once again I had to tell Mark about the mess instead of him as a professional to know these basic things and as what so many of the misleading reviews I have read regarding this company which is reviewed as being a highly rated company.
Mark also smoked cigarettes which was unprofessional as that cigarette smoke gets on his clothes which enters my home when he was in my home to get the locks and deadbolts changed. Spoke with Tony on Monday August 27, 2018 the first time contacting Norvac. Spoke August 31, 2018 with Don estimate $560 for 7 locks 4 door knobs and 3 deadbolts. The price I was quoted by Don was $560 so I told Mark about the quote and he said Don was incorrect and Don is the guy that works at the front desk.
I had to speak with Tony who Mark said is the boss and he said $560 was incorrect. Then Tony said HE spoke with me on August 31, 2018 NOT DON. Someone is clearly lying here and if it was Tony I spoke with not Don on August 31, 2018, Tony the boss of this company gave me the quote of $560 which I did not pay but instead a lot more than what I was quoted for as the picture indicates.

Called them early one Saturday morning after being charged and told by a tow company that entry wasn't possible and we'd need to get a new key for our car (keys were locked in trunk). They came out within 10 of my call and had me in the car. Very professional. Grady went above and beyond to help bend the door back that the other company bent. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Grade A! I've worked with NORVAC for over a decade and have never had a complaint or an issue with their work. The review Daniel may not understand construction of door jambs, and that's not a big deal. What NORVAC did was install longer screws into the available stud, which appears in this case to be off set and the heads of the screws would be canted a bit.
Could the strike have been mortised in more, sure, but it's not a security issue. I'm getting the sense that Daniel nit picks a bit (color of screw head, the guy smokes - noticed he didn't smoke in his house, it was just the smell on his clothes, left the strike rough looking - should he have sanded the wood in the strike so it's completely clean?) and doesn't like paying for things.
The estimate shown was also noted as "Site unseen". lots of things change when you get on site and NORVAC handles it with skill and professionalism. As a side note, I'm a locksmith as well and manage thousands of lock, safe and vault, access control, door installation, glass installation subcontractors for my company all over North America and all US territories. I've been around the block a few times and done this same job that NORVAC did.

These guys were awesome. They were very patient and through. The man behind the counter worked with me over and over to it was perfect. I use to get my keys made at Lowe's but they couldn't help me with my small lock. I went Norvac and they helped me at a small fee. I will be going here for now on with lock and key situations. This place has a customer for life.
