ABCO Fire Protection

Came here to get new tags for my fire extinguishers. Very friendly staff and quick service. I will be coming here for my business every year from now on.

I have been managing safety and fire protection in our plant for the past five years. This Fall our business had expanded and added a leased warehouse facility in a neighboring community. Our ABCO technician, Jeff Narraway really stepped up and provided excellent service at short notice. I called our account manager, Mike Mocny, to schedule a site visit to advise us on the equipment we needed install. Mike responded promptly, he determined the amount and sizes of the equipment we needed, and drafted a quote that day. Jeff called me the very next morning and scheduled his service visit. Jeff arrived on time, installed all the extinguishers and signs, and told me to call him if any further work was needed. We have been very satisfied with the service provided by ABCO and want to thank Jeff and Mike for a job well done.

The two guys got to work right away and finished within an hour, they were polite and showed us the 'before and after' pictures they took and it was a job well done, will see abco in another six months.

The technician, Ron Large Jr, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to explain how the extingushers work, did a free quick training for my staff, and showed me how to check them monthly for maintenance to ensure they work properly. I forgot that we have multiple off site locations, and he returned literally hours later to service them.

I cannot express how pleased we are with the customer service we received. Not only were the the prices very reasonable, but the attention to detail was what put the experience over the top. As a Director, it is one less thing for me to worry about. ABCO Fire is the best in the business, and their skillful technicians are what make them elite. A received a strange request from my grandson and daughter in-law. They viewed on U-tube a video of a demo alarm system wired to 12 volts DC. I checked around and the church I work at doing maintenance said they had a contract with ABCO. I called and Bill Jellison hooked me up with two components from old stock. I powered it with a 12volt DC phone charger.

My seven year olds birthday was a huge success. My son and his wife have implemented a hearing conservation program at the house. Everyone must wear hearing protection before he can demonstrate. I just want to say thanks ABCO for your help and guidance. Sincerely Sam Meland
