This company refuses to pay you on time! Payday is Friday but you do not receive your check until Saturday, Sunday, or sometimes you have to wait until Monday! The owners refuse to use direct deposit for some reason and you get paid with a paper check but don't expect to get it on payday. They make you wait. Didn't know that was even done in this day and age.

They lie a lot and do not provide hours. This company never corrects the pay roll and never complete paperwork on time. They'll call you last minute, they hire new employees for more than what they pay older employees also which caused conflict. (I was a newer employee). This company doesn't stand by their word and they retaliate against employees by not giving them work.

STAY AWAY DO NOT WORK FOR ALLIANCE SECURITY IN EVERETT MA! Never being paid on time due to our location to the office and lack of direct deposit. Lying and deceitful employees claims something was done when it didn't. Completely dysfunctional and UNDERSTAFFED which leads to Forced Overtime and giving you no other choice but to abandon post. STAY AWAY! I SAY AGAIN STAY AWAY! They are going downhill quickly. No chances of a raise either whatever the site pays is what they pay.
