Terrell Alarm has serviced my business for over 5 years, but Terrell Alarm recently has been unresponsive, stood my appointment up 3x, stood my contractor up 1x, and they are still looking for my lost footage for an insurance claim. I loved this group before, but I wish I could say the same now.
