I'm on the Board for a small Condo Association. Peter provided prompt telephonic communication on the investigation and repair of a bad sensor which caused our fire alarm to go off at the end of the previous day. He offered immediate after hours service. We elected to wait as only one sensor was bad and the rest of the system was working. The tech, Joe, showed up promptly at 8 am, diagnosed the sensor and replaced it. Cleaning up behind himself. Peter was in constant communication with me. CFC is a quality organization that we will keep using because of the their great service and communication. Highly recommend.
