"Nothing short of amazing"! I was looking to program some new Handsets to our Panasonic phone system. Found Vants Sytems on yelp so I figure out to give them a call. spoke to Derick which he was super nice very knowledgeable answered all my questions give me lots of recommendation, I was also looking for a new system similar to the one we have is to install it at our new location, he actually gave me a very fair price, the good part here he ask me what features I was looking for and give me a new recommendation to a different system that will give me what I looking for for half the price ( he doesn't even sell that system)That's how honest he was. Going back to programming the handset to our phone system I called him on Friday I was Kind needed an immediate assistance it was kind of hard since it was the same day call for him to get me a quick appointment but he said wait a minute put me on hold for a minute came back with hey I can send you a tech to your store in 15 minutes! WOW that's what I call customer service.

Sure enough 15 minutes later I had Bill which he seems to be knowing what he is doing ( he is been doing that for only 30 years LOL) working into it. He was super nice knowledgeable as well Took care of it in no time got everything working perfect. Highly recommend it appreciate all your help and support guys, you got a customer for life thanks.

It is very hard to find quality, well priced, nice companies that can service business phones systems (we have a Panasonic system). Vant Systems is very professional, they always pick up the phone, and your not dealing with a one man show or people you can understand. We recommend them to you.
