The Fallbrook Food Pantry was having problems with people coming around in the middle of the night and camping out or hanging around making our female volunteers weary. Pioneer which provides our theft protection proposed the addition of several cameras covering the building which authorized workers could view from their smart phones. The system would also be monitored by a service 24/7 that has the ability to interact with anyone they think suspicious and alert authorities if needed. After initial set up issues the system has solved our problems and settled in nicely.

We have been using Pioneer Security for many years - Howard and the Team at Pioneer are capable, knowledgeable and responsive. The customer service is exceptional and extremely helpful. The site staff are courteous and know what they are doing. We have never had an issue with installation. Pioneer provides security and monitoring on two (2) buildings.

Most recently we installed two (2) outdoor video cameras that are are guard monitored 24/7 (outside of normal business hours). We are very happy with the install and capabilities. The cameras are detailed and the app used is exceptional. Pioneer is highly recommended.

I worked with Howard Feldman and Pioneer Security on the installation and implementation of at Deep Sentinel Security System at 2 of our strip mall properties. We had a huge homeless problem prior to the installation of the security system, and even live security guards coming by every few hours did not alleviate the issues. With in a few week of installation, the incidents of homeless people "camping" on the property has gone to zero.

If anyone does come onto the property after hours, they are deterred from staying first by the automatic messages and alarms, and if that doesn't work a live guard starts speaking to them and they always move on. Our tenants feel safer and vandalism has gone way down. Thank you Howard and Pioneer for making our properties a safer place for all!

Pioneer Security deserves a five star rating for their excellent service. Very competent, responsive and focused on delighting their customer. I have gotten excellent customer service from the office staff, from management and from their technical service. Very prompt, very competent.

A GREAT company! They made all our security challenges go away. On the first day it was running, there was an "event" and they were on it within seconds. Terrific people - very friendly installers. No one ever said "no, we can't do that". They are absolutely superb. Cannot recommend Pioneer more highly!

Pioneer cane through with video recording on an important issue. A delivery man was attacked by an aggressive dog and our dog was framed Being able to go back and retrieve the entire incident saved our dog from quarantine and a file with the Animal Shelter and possible civil suit by the delivery man. I have used Pioneer Security Services for my home and office for more than two decades. Over the course of time, my alarm have gone off for many different reasons--usually someone inside the house tripped the alarm by accident. Their dispatchers have always called me promptly to see if I needed police assistance. Their installers have also been reliably helpful when I needed upgrades to my system.

Don't waste your money with ADT. I had them for 5 years. The only time I needed it to work failed us. Found a much better company with real support. And a REAL alarm system that works. Honest and friendly. I recommend them to all small business owners.

Howard, the owner, was quick to come over and look at my house and worked to create a system that was within my budget. He is super responsive, and called back after the installation to see how I felt it went. He suggested a solution to cover up a wire that I felt was unsightly but couldn't be run in the wall. I've set off the alarm a couple of times, and the Pioneer call center was timely and helpful in their calls. I would definitely recommend this company!

We have had Pioneer security for as long as they started their business. We referred people to them. Lately, due to to financial situation, we had to cancel our service. Unfortunately, they were not "Humane" about it, and told us they would not refund our payment for the last 3 months of our contract. We are paying for a service we are NOT receiving.

They say the contract rolls over every year, and if you don't cancel before the end of that year, you are still responsible for paying the rest of the year. This is poor business and an outright disgrace.

This company has done the alarm systems for me, my neighbors, and friends in Orange County. This is not a huge corporation and the owner is involved. Therefore I feel you get that intimate, personalized service the larger companies can not deliver. Install went great and they are very detail oriented. You will probably deal with the same installer during your time here as their employees have been there for a long time.

They are familiar with the current, cutting edge products and are able to do alarms that are highly sophisticated like mine or more basic systems. After the install, you need to worry about monitoring. Our monitoring has been very good and they call back even on small things such as when a sensor has an isue and is reporting and error. My previous company outsourced the monitoring and many companies do that. I like the personal involvement and followup from Pioneer's monitoring staff.
