Sucks. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get them to reply so our buyer can switch service into her name we have called we have emailed we have called again and no reply to date. Yet they continue to call about the low battery. They will sneak in an automatic five-year renewal on you so watch out

Read your contract carefully. Automatically renews every 5 years for another 5 years. Their customer service is awful. They charged us $227.23 to replace a faulty smoke detector. Called half a dozen times for service (no one answers the phone) - they didn't show up at all for the first service call - had to call a half dozen more times before they rescheduled - nobody seemed to be aware that he never showed up for the first appointment.
