Kelly Electronics

I went in to have my internet moved to my new apartment. The person at the business didn't know how to do this! I was told someone would contact me the next day. That was 3 days ago. Still haven't heard from them. But that's okay, I took care of it myself. Poor customer service!

Several months ago I spoke with Will. I was inquiring about routers, WiFi. He was very helpful in answering my questions. We also discussed satellite providers and services. At the time I was still under contract. He was understanding but continued to call periodically. I added his work number to my phone. Yesterday, (3/13/20), I received a call from "Will".

I assumed he was calling to see if I was ready to change my satellite service; I returned the call and spoke with Katie. She explained to me Will had become ill and consequently had to return to his family home. Will, I hope you make a full recovery! My interaction with Katie has been phenomenal; she has gone above and beyond to assist me with a satellite set up for a motor home.

She was diligent in researching my questions and getting answers. I should give a little shout out to the manager as well, he worked with me on an item with the price. I recommend this business!

We were using Direct Tv and it was very expensive. Then they announced a price increase and I lost it! Called Kelly Electronics and they gave us the option to go with Dish and with a reasonable level of channels we saved money but mostly their installation and office support was so prompt and very efficient and very transparent. Thanks loads!

Kayden went above and beyond in helping us with our internet services! It took a lot of stress of of finding this in a new area and with everything else going on while moving! Give them a call! They are great to work with!

We are moving and needed couple TVs taken off wall. Kelly Electronics, Dish TV recommended them, returned call quickly and came out same day since my move was imminent. Kelly also helped me pack them and made sure cords went with sets, I would have left one in wall. Very quick, friendly and knowledgeable, prices great too, couldn't ask for better!

I was new to the Logan area when my husband and I got married and were setting up internet and utilities. I didn't realize there was a better way to do things until we'd found/heard of Kelly Electronics. Although Xfinity can be hard to handle on the phone, they make the headache of getting everything sorted out not only bearable but pleasant. With awesome employees who are quick to get on the phone and answer questions, I wouldn't set up internet any other way.

Great customer service. Currently using them for my security system for my business. Rates are affordable and staff is very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with TV, and security.

Not very professional. The service itself was ok but I had an issue with how the installer was not properly disposing of the bits of cables that he cut. He would just throw them down the wall rather than into a bin just 2 feet away. Again, I understand that this didn't any real damage to the home, I contacted the company to let them know that I didn't find this very professional. In response, I felt that the company didn't really even care. I WOULD NOT recommend the company to anybody.
