I had a horrible experience with this company. As we got to the entrance they lady demanded I open my purse ok no problem she did not speak English very well at all. She stated pulling stuff out of my purse. Saying I could not bring hard candy ( jolly ranches ) in or a mensural pad. Taking hard candy away from a diabetic she said it was food. Which it is not based on that Logic all gum and breath mints would not be allowed either.
The so called supervisor allowed the pad but still refused the hard candy ( keep in mind they are unopened and individually wrapped.they ensured me I could get them when I needed it when I leave but watched her throw them out was we walked in. The Guys behind me had a backpack on and she did not search the backpack the way she did my purse they brought in a bottle of vodka. Tons of beer cans left the venue I was standing in the parking lot talking to a friend and watched at lease 10 beer cans Leave on top of that people so over served they could t make it up the hill to leave. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worked for this company about 5yrs ago, had a family atmosphere when working with other TNT staff, needless to say it was the best security company I worked for at the time(there were a few), and every time I run into other security companies I find them lacking in comparison. For those reading reviews on here for any security company keep in mind that negative responses are the norm, as they are the ones that typically were in the wrong and just didnt want to follow the rules because they feel entitled.
They are the 1 in 5000 that a security officer deals with on the day to day, and it's always easier to remember a bad exeriance than a good one. All in all great company, would go back to them if I were to work in the security field again.

I personally have no idea how this company retains business. Every security company I have spoken to, will not do business with them due to the owners shady behaviour. They will also laugh or sigh if you mention anything about this company. Majority of the companies will question when hiring you once they see that you worked at TNT Security and will then go on to say all the bad things that the company itself has done.
On the website that is apparently hacked still, it states they can provide up to 500 guards which itself is a lie when they can barely provide numbers to sites themselves. Let alone probably employ less than 45 actual security guards. Less than 6 Security Guards have smart serve and nobody is trained in the self defense thats stated on the site. GPA Certification is another huge thing which I belive there are still several staff untrained.
The few guards that remain are all working with another company mainly now or looking to leave due to the toxic enviroment. Personally they should announce all the complaints they had from Labour Board and WSIB. As I'm pretty sure it may be over 4 in the past 6-8 months. I suppose Security for Ever After can be to blame for inproper patting down for illegal narcotics that caused several overdoses.
Even if you look at who the company has partnered with in the past to do security for and you will see that they no longer do and out of that list they probably maintained less than 3 contracts. Just keep in mind when working for or hiring, that for the most part the guards you may get have next to no confidence, have a clue what they are doing, care about the job, and even make inappropiate comments about client or patrons or current/former staff.
