Situation: Given its size and scope, the City of Appleton needs to have a quality, state-of-the-art surveillance camera system in place for round-the-clock monitoring. There were frequent problems with the existing system, and the City's IT Director, Dean Fox, wasn't happy with the platform or its performance.
