Honestly the worst customer service I have come across in any company in my life. Sold me a setup that cost me over $3700 dollars that had problems with it every month since I've had the system in October 2019. They charge you a $150 service fee every time to fix what they did wrong in the initial setup. Wanted to cancel but come to find out no other company will use the equipment they install.

I asked them why they would sell me a camera setup that didn't work with my internet and the owner laughed in my face and said why don't you get better internet, as if I haven't asked or done research to improve my rural internet infrastructure myself. Then 2 years later after just leaving them alone and having a none functional system I go to again just cancel service and they disconnect me but neglect to tell me I will still be charged till November and it is July.

So I called them back to reactivate since I am paying them anyways and now they say they may have to send a service guy out to reactivate the system which will cost me a service charge. These people are heartless crooks. I strongly advise against using them.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I had a contract with this company for years. When I sold my business I was locked in a contract. It was a very frustrating experience.

Buyer Beware! While this company charges you on a monthly basis, without informing you, they have an AUTO-RENEWAL in their contract language. We no longer need their services, as our home is under full construction/re-model. Rather than allow us to cancel service for the time being, Moon Security Services informed us we had to pay for the upcoming 8 months of UNUSED SERVICE due to their policy and contract language.

While it is not a lot of money, it is the principle behind their practices that motivates me to warn others. They may have collected 8 months of unused services from my family, but I sincerely hope this message directs other potential customers to find a different security provider and current customers to do the same. Current customers should send in a cancellation letter indicating Moon Security Services is not allowed to auto-renew their policy at the renewal date and go month to month, or cancel their service.

If I could give zero stars I would. After being a customer for years I happened to notice they now offer a discount for veterans and first responders. After inquiring about it I am given two different stories and instead of simply honoring it they chose to lose my family's business. Would not recommend. Update: That's incorrect. No one offered to honor the discount. I was simply told no.

Absolutely incredible service! The best Security System professionals you could want to manage your system. Dependable, knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a security system.

I have had service with them at Three locations for years, called and wanted to cancel one location because we do not use anymore and they would not waive the penalty for early cancelation.

Claudia at moon security is the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. We scheduled an appointment on Monday for Wednesday at 2: 30. She calls me Wednesday morning tell Nick I have to be there by noon. She not only over but her schedule she didn't proceeded to call my ex-husband. Ex husband has no idea of my schedule. I am mandated to be in Wenatchee by noon.

I am in Seattle. So not only did she go around me she made arrangements with my ex-husband and I want to make clear the ex-husband part. Now as a result of her expertise I have a warrant out for my arrest thank you so much Moon security for your lack of competent employees.

Have had a great experience with Mike Miller, James Bower and company. They are very attentive to our needs and provide an excellent level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
