I worked for them part-time for a short amount of time. However, I am on disability and can only make a certain pay rate. They have awesome pay and I was not able to get them to cut my pay rate or my hours in order for me to retain my employment with them. I left in good standing and they said if I ever got off of disability, they would be happy to re-hire me full-time.

Misuse of company's policy, mistreatment of officers, unprofessional management, no grievance procedures for officers, no repercussions for supervisors/management, higher management doesn't respond to officer's compliants of mistreatment, favoritism shown, dishonest supervisors/management, lacks integrity. Do not care about the health and well-being of officers. Was instructed I should have canceled or rescheduled a disability/health related appointment to meet coverage and I needed to provide detailed personal information to a supervisor who lacks confidentially, in order to justify my reason for not being able to work a rescheduled shift.
I informed this supervisor I had an appointment that morning. Operation Manager (Aaron Harrison)was contacted(left voicemail) beforehand but never returned my call. The reason I gave one star is because I enjoyed working at the site and my coworkers.

I have worked in the Security Industry for over 20 years doing both private and Corrections. I must say that I am very pleased with how within the two and a years that I have been with this company I have been promoted twice due to my work performance and acknowledgement from the Property Manager and Operations Managers. I love the fact that the CEO of the company knows you by face and name as an Officer and not just his management staff.
I am very happy that I applied for a position with this company even with having a disability they gave me the opportunity to restructure my life. As long as you can come to work, follow and comply with the company policies and the client expectations that have been set in place you will love this job. This is the best job I have ever had. From the day I first met with Mr. Mallon and Mr. Harrison in the Operations Division they have remained the same from day one in December 2018, I am very happy to have them on our team.

I've worked here for 3+ years and it's a family atmosphere. The family is as strong as its weakest link. So the company try's to invite other people who wants to be part of the family and not just receive a paycheck! The company rewards officers on being professional and doing a great job. Great experience so far. Been here 6 weeks, got my sled card and was able to switch to the day shift because of a transfer. Very professional manager that handles his troops well and is open to realistic suggestions. Relaxed work environment, as long as it stays professional. Occasionally, when he fills in on a post it may take a little time to respond, but that is to be expected. Over all a five star experience!

Security Management gave me the chance to get back into the workforce after not being able to work for many years. Since I started working for the company it has felt like working with family.
