Whatever your intrusion, fire, video or access control needs, we can help you achieve your goals in a prompt and efficient manner.
Our technical staff is one of the most educated in the alarm industry. We take the time to encourage higher education, product training and other continuing education classes so our ability to resolve technical questions goes well beyond a user's manual. Our weekly in-house training classes for our technicians cover everything from shaking hands with the clients to drilling holes and programming systems. Our in-house service staff ensures inspection appointments are made, NFPA forms are processed, signals properly restored, and systems tested.
Connecticut State Law requires an alarm installer to be licensed as a low voltage electrical journeyman (classification C6 or L6) or contractor (classification C5 or L5). Ask to see this license before entering into any contract. If the installation technicians are not licensed, they are by Connecticut law illegally performing this type of work.

After being a customer since 1986, our home was sold in October and we moved to Texas. I had already paid through the month of November. When I asked for a refund for the month of November I was told, "NO REFUNDS." If this is how they treat 30+ years customers, they are not customer oriented and are only out for your money. BEWARE! Oh and by the way, every bill for the past 30+ years was paid on time.
