I have had this alarm system for over a year. Assured Alarm staff provided a seamless installation and took time explaining how the system works. Some time later I contacted Assured Alarm for additional operating instructions. They once again came over answered all of my questions. Assured Alarm staff has always provided superior professionalism and service. Anyone can offer a product but what makes them superior is their dedicated staff.

I absolutely love the quality and customer service of this Cleveland based business. If I have a problem at 9:30 at night, I know I can text Terry and he is going to walk me through and trouble shoot and help me find tools to do what I need to do. (Usually you don't need tools) He was even empathetic when I broke my freaking nail. There is no other alarm service I would use to protect my home and more importantly my family.

I have been a long time customer! I have moved homes several times and I always have Assured Alarms to install our new equipment and monitoring. They have the most up to date equipment at a reasonable price. When I do have any issues (which is very rare) they are always quick to respond resolve the issue. Their customer service goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Assured Alarms for your home security needs.

Have had nothing but a positive experience with Assured Alarms. Had them install security system in our home almost 14 years ago and the equipment is still going strong and the few times I've had any questions they were extremely responsive. Owners are honest and treat you as if your business is important to them. Would highly recommend.
